Berkeley Square Developments commissioned 3DReid to undertake a design audit of the consented scheme by John McAlsan and Partners. This culminated in an NMA application amending the overall design and buildability of the project.
Following the introduction of Long Harbour as BTR owner operator, 3DReid were again commissioned to undertake further amendments under a Section 96a application to future-proof the development, post COVID, and enhance the amenity provision including working from home facilities, to suit the operator brand requirements.
The project has now obtained planning approval in relation to the revised scheme.
