Kensington Academy Residential

Kensington Academy Residential Kensington & Chelsea Detailed design of a 32 apartment new build PRS scheme arranged over five floors in Kensington, London, delivered by a JV between Grainger and RBKC. The open plan apartments are served by an external deck access corridor and the scheme is designed around a communal garden. 3DReid was appointed post planning with a brief to avoid secondary planning applications. We undertook a review to improve the buildability and efficiency of the scheme and adjust it for PRS.
