3DReid is excited to reveal our Concept designs for a series of three luxury residential apartment buildings in Dubai for Azizi Developments. Comprising 600 apartments and 450 carparking spaces, the scheme is part of a new mixed-use masterplan development.
With a sprawling 18 km lagoon at its heart, the development reimagines Dubai’s landscape. Residents can look forward to a range of amenities, including community beaches, water channels, and lagoons that encourage an active, outdoor lifestyle.
The Boulevard, spanning 700 meters, aims to transform into one of Dubai’s premier attractions, offering a plethora of retail options and international dining experiences.
The apartments offer uninterrupted views of the water with continuous, projecting balconies. Sky bridges connect rooftop swimming pools and leisure facilities, whilst restaurants are proposed at ground level overlooking the new lagoon.
