3DReid’s Birmingham studio is expanding and has moved from its Jewellery Quarter studio to the iconic and newly completed 103 Colmore row, at the heart of Birmingham’s Business District.
The move signifies 3DReid’s growing team and commitment to investing in city centres.
As a practice, we focus on innovation & functionality and have made the transition to hybrid working on all our studios. The B Corp certified flexible workspace provided by x+why fits well with our values and responds to our needs for an innovative and collaborative way of working together. Its excellent location in the heart of the city.
Nab Speakes, Managing Director at 3DReid commented: “We’re excited to get to know our new neighbourhood and for you to see our new space!”
Since completing Primark’s flagship store in Birmingham and The Quay in Lakeside, 3DReid has been working on the redevelopment of the former Granada Studios site in Manchester City Centre into a mixed use scheme delivering a Soho House, Mollies Hotel, and Offices with Allied London.
The team are looking at proposals to modernise 17 Quay Street, a 58,000 sqft office block on the edge of Spinningfields in Manchester with Urbana Partners and OBI Property.
We are also developing designs for a number of residential led masterplans with the latest being a mixed-use development on a brownfield site at Central Quay, Glasgow with Property developer Summix Capital.
