111 Piccadilly, Manchester
111 Piccadilly is a Platinum standard WELL accredited workplace environment, the first of its kind in the UK. The transformation has completely rewritten the rule book for refurbishments and proves smart tech is not just the domain of new builds. Our team has created a blueprint for redeveloping existing assets to create workspaces of the future.
Bringing hospitality design to a unique WELL accredited workplace environment, the space includes open cafe, private relaxation and open lounge areas with associated F&B facilities, meeting rooms and co-working areas and workspaces. Read more here.
West One, Leeds
West One is a 950 sqm fit out within Bruntwood’s West One Building on Wellington Street in Leeds, to create a serviced office suite. AC Marriott, Glasgow
Set just off George Square in Glasgow City Centre, our scope is to design the public areas for this hotel within the existing historic building and the adjacent new build. Using brand guidelines but adding our own unique design influences to the scheme, we have developed the concept for reception area, bar, lounge, restaurant, meeting spaces and main stair.
Materiality is key to this project and we have spent much time refining the finishes, both in terms of the built elements and the furniture packages as well as working with local artists to curate the artwork scheme and tailor it to AC’s exacting requirements. As part of this project we experimented with virtual reality models of the spaces so the client could envisage what the final product would look like and experience the space. Read more here.
40 Broadway, London
40 Broadway provides approximately 100,000sqft of prime office space in close proximity to St James’s Park, central London. We have enhanced the quality of the floorspace in the lower levels by incorporating lightwells and rooflights and landscaped terraces with views of St James’s Park and Westminster. The building is targeting a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating, Wired Score ‘Platinum’ rating and Well ‘Platinum’ Certification. Read more here.
