Our latest Village Hotel, in Portsmouth, has been given planning consent, following a unanimous approval, by the Planning Committee.
The project will create somewhere in the order of 100 jobs and the facilities provided within the 153 bed hotel include a leisure club with a 20m swimming pool, gym and fitness studio, restaurant, bar, business hub and function space.
The scheme represents the debut of the new Village Hotel concept, as designed by 3DReid, which delivers an evolution of the current brand offer on a more compact footprint, thereby offering potential for the company to expand into more central urban areas, where sites are, generally, smaller in size.
In addition to the architectural elements, 3DReid are also the Interior Designers for the scheme.
